Intellectual Property

All artwork, paintings, prints, photographs, designs, text, logos, and other content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of AgaliaArt unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

The purchase of an original artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Product Information

Every effort is made to present artwork and products as accurately as possible.

Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor, mobile device, lighting conditions, and screen calibration.

Because many artworks are handmade or printed individually, minor variations may naturally occur.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website and may be updated without prior notice.

Artwork availability is subject to change. In the rare event that a purchased item becomes unavailable, you will be contacted promptly and offered a full refund.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

AgaliaArt reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal.

AgaliaArt does not store your complete payment information.

Original Artwork

Each original painting is a unique, one-of-a-kind work of art.

All sales of original artwork are final.

Returns are accepted only if the artwork is damaged during shipping.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact agaliaart@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery and include clear photographs of both the artwork and its packaging. Every effort will be made to resolve the issue promptly.

Fine Art Prints

Prints are made with great care and are inspected before shipping.

Because they are produced specifically for each order, all print sales are final.

If your print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact agaliaart@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with photographs of the print and its packaging. A replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

AgaliaArt is not responsible for delays or circumstances beyond reasonable control, including shipping carrier delays, customs processing, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union legislation.

Changes to These Terms
